Ely skaters were back on form when competing at The Retroskate Gala at Great Yarmouth on the weekend of 26 - 27 November. Winning 6 out of a possible 11 gold medals for figures the Ely skaters led the way in the figure competition.

Gold medals for figures were won by Bryony Figgins, Beth Bartlett, Jessica-Ellen Ball, Emily Sellers, Emma Taylor and Sophie Woodbridge. Alethea Mack and Ellena Barnes-Weston won silver and Isha Benefer, Lucy Ure, Chloe Moore and Chloe Thompson won bronze.

Newcomer Tammy Sellers won gold for basic skills whilst Chloe Thompson and Emma Taylor gave great performances to win gold in OSP and free respectively.

James Eavis and Lucy Page won silver for their free programmes, Zoe King and Emma Taylor won silver for their OSPs whilst Jessica-Ellen Ball took silver for her take on Grease in the novelty free programmes.  

Emily Amas and Sophie Woodbridge won bronze for their free whilst newcomer Chloe Figgins and youngest of the Ely skaters competing gave a confident performance and won bronze in her basic skills category.
