Who we are

Ely Roller Skating Club promotes and encourages the enjoyment of Roller Skating as a sport and as a fun leisure activity in Ely, Littleport and the surrounding areas. We run “fun skate”, “learn to skate” basic skills group tuition and training sessions for Artistic Roller Skating (Figures, Free Skating and Dance).

We are affiliated to GB Skate Artistic (formerly the Federation of Artistic Roller Skating)

Artistic skaters compete regularly in inter-club and National competitions and have represented Great Britain in international competitions.

Where we skate

The Club’s regular “learn to skate” and “fun skate” sessions are held at The Paradise Centre, Ely and at Littleport Leisure Centre.

The “learn to skate” group tuition follows the “grades” set out by GB Skate Artistic, catering for all ages and abilities from beginners upwards - giving a solid foundation for progressing in Artistic Roller Skating or in other roller sports.

Artistic training sessions are held on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays and are by invitation of the Coaches.
